Recently, I watched a documentary about artist and philanthropist George Rodrigue. He lived in “Cajun Country” in southwestern Louisiana and was most famous for his “Blue Dog” paintings. But his life and work was about so much more and that’s why it will live on as his legacy to the people who encouraged his creativity for over 50 years.
